(1), Dial guide code: *5005*7672*0#, select the last option in the Operator list. Edit ICCID input: 89014104278656980481 , and send.
(2), Dial guide code: *5005*7672*0#, select ICCID to unlock the Operator carrier options, accept.
(3), Reboot or take out & input the card directly. Activate the phone and enter the system for perfect and stable 4G.

Confirmed working perfectly for auto unlock. Tried on several models from T-mobile and EUROPE service.
You can reboot, you can update via OTA, the unlock still works. However, if you remove your sim or restore via iTunes, then the unlock will be removed, and you have to start the activation process again. This is where the current ICCID being blocked by Apple comes into play. Once Apple blocks the ICCID, that ICCID cannot be used to bypass/trick Apple’s activation servers. Which is what people are complaining about. In short existing activations will remain activated so long as you don’t remove your sim or update with OTA and not iTunes. New activations will not work until a new ICCID is found. Not working for blacklisted iPhone.
